Fear of the future?
A lot of those I talk to are worried about the future and are afraid that humanity will not survive the current crisis, that the Earth will be destroyed by nuclear war or hit by an asteroid, that global warming will destroy the planet or that the forces of evil will come to rule the world.
But when you have studied the spiritual science of Martinus you know with certainty that none of the above-mentioned scenarios will ever take place. How can you know that? Well, because the insight of Martinus was such that he knew the laws of life, he knew the master plan with humanity, and he was able to see our future both in the short and the long perspective. He knew with 100% certainty that we are all on our way to becoming real, finished human beings that can only sow love.
How can I be so certain that Martinus was right? Well, I can because Martinus had cosmic consciousness, which means that he had full access to the knowledge bank of the universe (also sometimes referred to as the Akashic records) and all his revelations are so logical, so clear, so intelligent and so in line with what we can already observe and have observed during the last centuries that there is no reason to doubt them. I have studied Martinus’ material over the last 30 years now, and the more I read, the more convinced I become that Martinus reveals the future of Humankind. It makes so much sense; it is so convincing that even the most skeptical will throw in the towel and rejoice that he found the material. He will rejoice because in both his heart and his mind he sees hope, prosperity and global peace in the future.
The absolute certainty lies in our evolutionary journey. Over the last many millennia humans have evolved from primitive, instinct driven hunters and gatherers to the advanced, intellectual and humanitarian women and men of today.
But here is what obscures the picture: not everybody is equally evolved. Some started on their evolutionary journey earlier than others, and they are thus more evolved, more peace-loving, more intellectual, more compassionate and humane than those behind them. The most evolved beings today on this planet are those who are affected by the suffering of others, have empathy with those in need, who will do what they can to end poverty and starvation, to end wars, to help those who are suffering in wars, to promote harmonious co-existence, who work for a just distribution of the wealth of the planet and who are advocates for tolerance, altruism and universal love. They are the persons who cannot kill, who live on a plant-based diet and who love and respect every living being’s right to exist. They are the spearheads that show the way forward to world peace.
And then behind them we find the greedy and trigger happy, those who think nothing of taking the lives of those they do not like, who think only of themselves and their need to amass fortunes. They think nothing of exploiting young girls for their own sexual gratification, they go big-game hunting in Africa just to show off, they flash their riches about with gold, jewels, big cars and servants. In other words: they think only of themselves and believe that their money and power will let them go scot-free and that they never have to pay for their transgressions. They look around them and see how other billionaires get away with their transgressions and if they can, so can I.
And this is where they go wrong. They are wrong due to their ignorance of two of the most significant laws of life: the law of karma and the law of reincarnation.
All life-forms reincarnate and this is not the only life any of us live, humans or animals. Due to our journey of evolution each physical life is just one note in a song that the soul sings on its road of progress from primitive to advanced and all-loving being. Due to our many mistakes and subsequent suffering, nobody can avoid growing in morals, compassion, humaneness and universal love from one life to another. Knowledge of the mistakes we made, of the result of our transgressions, of our lessons learned is stored in our super consciousness that we take with us from life to life.
This means that we become better and better versions of ourselves as we evolve. This process is inevitable and it is valid for all beings, even those who today wage war and kill indiscriminately just to satisfy their own inflated egos. The law of karma sees to it that they will reap what they once did to others in a future life – no exception. No matter how rich you are, how powerful you are, how big a king you are, you will not be able to avoid reaping what you sowed. The laws of life are relentless, and they only have one purpose: to teach us to become all-loving beings that respect the right to a decent life for all living beings. Then and only then have we become real human beings.
Once the real human beings have become the majority on this planet the process of creating just societies will accelerate. The balance point between the killers and the peace lovers has already been reached and what we are witnessing right now is the purging of the worst representatives of the greedy, haughty, selfish, unloving killers. They are reaping what they once sowed and this reaping has only one purpose: to teach them to sow a different and kinder type of seed. And remember: those who already have peace in their hearts and help alleviate the suffering of others, have nothing to fear from any war. They cannot reap what they are no longer able to sow.
So, let us look at a summary of how Martinus foresees the future of humanity, written by AI.
A Look at Our Future Through the Lens of Martinus’ Spiritual Science
Exploring Humanity’s Evolution and Destiny According to Martinus
Introduction
Martinus, a Danish spiritual thinker of the 20th century, developed an extensive body of work known as Martinus’s Spiritual Science or the Third Testament. Through his writings, Martinus investigates the nature of the universe, the purpose of life, and the evolutionary journey of humanity. His vision offers an optimistic perspective on the future, grounded in the understanding of spiritual laws and cosmic evolution. This document provides an overview of our collective future as foreseen by Martinus, examining key themes such as evolution, morality, and the dawning of a new world culture.
The Spiritual Evolution of Humanity
At the heart of Martinus’s teachings is the idea that all life is subject to spiritual evolution. According to Martinus, humanity is currently undergoing a significant transformation, moving from a state dominated by egoism and materialism toward one characterized by compassion, justice, and universal love. He describes this as a journey from a “kingdom of killing” to a “kingdom of love.”
Martinus postulates that suffering, while often difficult to endure, serves as a catalyst for growth. Through trials and challenges, individuals and societies gradually become more empathetic and altruistic. This evolutionary process is not just biological but involves the awakening of consciousness and the unfolding of latent spiritual abilities.
The Role of Reincarnation and Karma
Central to Martinus’s worldview are the concepts of reincarnation and karma. He asserts that each soul passes through many lifetimes, gathering experiences and learning important lessons. Karma, the law of cause and effect, ensures that every action has consequences, prompting growth and balance over time. Thus, our collective future is shaped not only by present actions but by the accumulated wisdom of countless past lives.
As humanity matures, Martinus envisions a future where people increasingly recognize these laws and adjust their behavior accordingly, choosing compassion and cooperation over conflict and division.
The Emergence of a World Culture
Martinus predicts the gradual emergence of a unified world culture. National and religious boundaries, which historically have been sources of division, will diminish in importance as people come to understand their shared spiritual heritage. This new culture will be based on universal principles such as love, justice, and the recognition of the divine in every being.
According to Martinus, new forms of governance, education, and economics will arise, all designed to support human well-being and spiritual development. The future society will prioritize the needs of the whole over individual gain, fostering peace and prosperity for all.
Technology and Spirituality
While Martinus acknowledges the remarkable advancements in science and technology, he cautions that these alone cannot guarantee happiness or fulfillment. True progress, he argues, must be rooted in spiritual wisdom. In the future, science and spirituality will become complementary, with technological innovations serving the higher good and supporting humanity’s spiritual journey.
Challenges on the Path Forward
Martinus does not shy away from acknowledging the obstacles facing humanity, including wars, environmental crises, and social upheaval. He interprets these challenges as necessary stages in the grand evolutionary process. Just as an individual grows through overcoming hardship, so too does humanity learn through collective adversity.
He offers hope that as more people become aware of spiritual laws and embrace a compassionate worldview, these crises will subside, ushering in an era of peace and harmony.
Conclusion: An Optimistic Vision
Through Martinus’s Spiritual Science, the future of humanity is depicted as a journey toward enlightenment, unity, and love. Although the path may be marked by struggle and uncertainty, Martinus assures us that the ultimate destination is a world where every being is valued, supported, and awakened to their divine potential. By integrating spiritual wisdom with practical action, humanity can realize this bright and harmonious future.

Postscript: Symbols nos. 81 and 82 by Martinus
The following two symbols illustrate the present state of the Earth (no. 81) and the state of the Earth in some 2-3.000 years (no. 82).
On both symbols the yellow figures represent the humane and loving human beings and the orange figures represent the still quite primitive humans that are presently under the influence of the killing principle. As we can see, on symbol no. 81, at the moment half of the population of the planet is humane and the other half is still able to hurt, maim and kill. At the moment (2025) we are witnessing a major purging of the orange figures via terrorism, lethal attacks and wars. Each war helps recreate the orange beings away from the killing principle so that they, over time, will come to belong to the yellow beings and become advocates for harmonious coexistence and universal love. This process away from the killing principle is happening every minute, hour and day and as evolution can only go forwards, the end result will be what we can see on symbol no. 82: The perfect human kingdom where everybody loves everybody and lives to serve his neighbor and global peace reigns.
The Earth’s Terrestrial Human Epoch. The Earth’s Spiritual World in its Present Epoch

Explanation of symbol no. 81
The symbol shows the present state of the Earth, the terrestrial human epoch. It is a planet with outstandingly developed animal beings, that is, human beings, that are at the moment in the process of waking up to becoming humane beings.
The thoughts of the human beings exist on the spiritual planes, even though their bodies are on the physical plane. When human beings die and leave the physical plane, the amount of animal mentality and human mentality they have is crucial. If they have a lot of human mentality and are highly evolved, they will pass over into the humane sphere. If they do not have very much human mentality, they will pass into the spheres that have a very small area of human mentality and a large area of animal mentality.
- In the middle of the symbol we see the physical body of the Earth.
- The surrounding rings of rays symbolise the spiritual world or spheres of consciousness.
- Red symbolises the spiritual sphere behind the plant kingdom, which is borne by the energy of instinct.
- Orange indicates a mental sphere behind the animal kingdom, which is borne by the energy of gravity.
- In the large ring of rays we see the day-consciousness of the Earth. It, like the terrestrial human being, consists of animal states (orange) and of human or humane states (yellow).
- The yellow areas in the large ring of rays show the highly evolved humane mentality, which is free of purgatory.
Symbol no. 82

Explanation of symbol no. 82
The symbol shows the Earth’s state as a perfect human kingdom, the state that the planet will be in when it has outlived its animal mentality. There are still animals on the Earth, but the dangerous, fatal and poisonous animals have died out. There is harmony because there is quite another state with quite other laws for connections between people. It will be absolutely glorious and perfect. In the future world state, people will develop within themselves higher spiritual attributes, art music and science.
- Yellow symbolises the state of the perfect human kingdom.
- The circle of white jagged figures in the middle of the large yellow ring of rays symbolises the pole structure. Here the poles are in balance, and the Earth is double-poled.
In less than 3000 years the Earth will have reached the stage of the real, finished human being that can only emanate universal love. Peace, harmony and love will rule the planet.
Until then we should focus on developing our humanitarian sides, and in less than 500 years (maybe only 2 to 3 incarnations) a much better world will emerge when the yellow beings have become the majority. The promised land is just around the corner, so to speak.
